Q: Are there any other fees in addition to rates?
A: The only additional fee is the Florida Rooms Tax (11.5%)
Q: What is deposit policy?
A: A damage/reservation deposit of $500 is required. This must be received within seven (7) days of booking the reservation.
Q: When is payment required?
A: An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required 60 days for short rental --- 90 days for long rental
before arrival. The advance payment will be applied toward the room rent. The BALANCE OF RENT is due 21-28 days before
your arrival date depending on duration of rental.
Q: What is cancellation policy?
A: A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation.
Q: Are pets or smoking allowed?
A: Pets and smoking is not allowed within the unit. Smoking allowed on outside terrace overlooking the water.
Q: Do you accept credit cards?
A: Only checks and money orders are accepted at this time.
Q: Is a boat dock available?
Yes, boat slip is available at no additional cost, copy of boat insurance required.
Q: Is this a single level or multiple level condo?
A: This is a single level condo. There are no stairs within the unit and elevators outside.
Q: Do you have any special rates or promotions?
A: We offer the following specials:
- Discount for multiple week rentals.
- We offer 10% discount for last-minute bookings.
- $100 - $200 credit toward your future stay when you refer friends or relatives that book with us.
